Hinge Cover is a body fitting on the Kia that the exterior panels and trim depend on to stay located. Genuine Kia part number 89C42-R5700.
Original fittings become brittle with age and heat cycles, which is why a clip that held for ten years snaps the first time it is disturbed. Confirm the model and year range on the listing; the same fitting is often used across several models but not across every year.
No finishing required; fit directly.
Caps & Plugs Hinge Cover replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
