Headliner Plug is a body fitting on the Kia that the exterior panels and trim depend on to stay located. Genuine Kia part number 85746-06000ED.
Once the fitting fails the surrounding parts work loose and start to chafe, so replacing the small part early prevents damage to the panel it holds. Match by part number — body hardware is dimension-critical and a 1 mm difference in shank or reach is enough to stop it seating.
Order the surrounding clips at the same time, since the originals generally break when the panel is removed.
Caps & Plugs Headliner Plug replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
