Handle Base – Driver’s Side (LH) is a body-side fitting on the Kia — small, inexpensive, and usually the reason a larger panel will not sit flush. Genuine Kia part number 83655-J5000. This listing is for the left-hand (driver side on US models) part.
These parts are consumed rather than repaired: they break on removal, corrode, or lose their grip and let the panel they retain move. Match by part number — body hardware is dimension-critical and a 1 mm difference in shank or reach is enough to stop it seating.
No finishing required; fit directly.
Interior Hardware Handle Base – Driver’s Side (LH) replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
