Handle Base – Driver’s Side (LH) is a body fitting on the Kia that the exterior panels and trim depend on to stay located. Genuine Kia part number 83655-D9000. This listing is for the left-hand (driver side on US models) part.
Once the fitting fails the surrounding parts work loose and start to chafe, so replacing the small part early prevents damage to the panel it holds. Check quantity on the listing: some fittings are sold individually and a full panel needs several.
Order the surrounding clips at the same time, since the originals generally break when the panel is removed.
Interior Hardware Handle Base – Driver’s Side (LH) replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
