Handle Base – Driver’s Side (LH) is a body fitting on the Kia that the exterior panels and trim depend on to stay located. Genuine Kia part number 83655-D4000. This listing is for the left-hand (driver side on US models) part.
Original fittings become brittle with age and heat cycles, which is why a clip that held for ten years snaps the first time it is disturbed. Confirm the model and year range on the listing; the same fitting is often used across several models but not across every year.
No finishing required; fit directly.
Interior Hardware Handle Base – Driver’s Side (LH) replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
