Fixed Glass Screw is one of the small body fittings on your Volvo that hold trim, panels and seals in place. Genuine Volvo part number 986198.
Once the fitting fails the surrounding parts work loose and start to chafe, so replacing the small part early prevents damage to the panel it holds. Match by part number — body hardware is dimension-critical and a 1 mm difference in shank or reach is enough to stop it seating.
Order the surrounding clips at the same time, since the originals generally break when the panel is removed.
