Fender Splash Shield is the body panel that frames the wheel arch on your Mazda and closes the gap between the door, hood and bumper. Genuine Mazda part number va4056130.
Because the arch traps mud and salt, a panel that looks sound can be structurally thin behind the lip. Model year facelifts often change the arch profile even where the door and hood are unchanged.
Seam sealer and cavity wax are required along the inner joints after fitting to keep corrosion out.
Wheelhouse & Liners Fender Splash Shield replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
