Fender Splash Shield is the body panel that frames the wheel arch on your Kia and closes the gap between the door, hood and bumper. Genuine Kia part number 86811-4U500.
Because the arch traps mud and salt, a panel that looks sound can be structurally thin behind the lip. Fits 2014-2016 Kia Optima as listed. Panels are handed and body-style specific; confirm the side and whether the car is a sedan, coupe or wagon.
Trial-fit the panel before paint so any adjustment at the door gap is done on bare metal.
Wheelhouse & Liners Fender Splash Shield replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
