Fender Liner is the panel around the Kia wheel opening that carries the arch line and shields the inner structure. Genuine Kia part number 86812-DO000.
These panels take stone chips and road spray directly, so corrosion usually starts at the arch lip or behind the liner long before it shows on the outer face. Panels are handed and body-style specific; confirm the side and whether the car is a sedan, coupe or wagon.
Seam sealer and cavity wax are required along the inner joints after fitting to keep corrosion out.
