Fender Liner Grommet is the panel around the Kia wheel opening that carries the arch line and shields the inner structure. Genuine Kia part number 14913-05000.
Because the arch traps mud and salt, a panel that looks sound can be structurally thin behind the lip. Model year facelifts often change the arch profile even where the door and hood are unchanged.
Seam sealer and cavity wax are required along the inner joints after fitting to keep corrosion out.
Fenders Fender Liner Grommet replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
