Ec Mirror W Compass is the Kia door mirror part that takes the brunt of kerb strikes and car-wash brushes. Genuine Kia part number A7062-ADUP1.
The mirror folds on a spring detent that wears out, which shows up as a housing that will not stay folded or will not lock back into place. A mirror with a turn-signal repeater has a different wiring connector from a plain one, even though the housing looks the same.
Test the adjustment and fold functions before refitting the door trim.
