Door Trim Panel Pocket Cap is the cabin-side trim on the Mazda that you actually touch every time you get in and out. Genuine Mazda part number BJS8-68-454.
Interior panels fail at the mounting clips rather than the panel itself, so a trim that rattles, gapes or drops at one corner usually needs new clips and a sound panel. Check whether the door has a speaker grille, a memory seat switch or a puddle lamp, as each option changes the panel.
Work the clips in from the top edge downward and check the window seal before final seating.
