Door Shell mounts inside the Kia door shell and takes the wear that repeated use puts on the door. Genuine Kia part number 76003-2G010.
The mechanism wears before the panel does, so a door that drops, sticks or will not latch usually needs this part rather than a new shell. Fits 2006-2010 Kia Optima as listed. Trim level affects whether the door carries a sensor, a soft-close or a keyless aerial, so confirm the original part number first.
Access is from inside the door, so removing the trim panel is part of the job — order new panel clips if the originals are brittle.
Door Shells Door Shell replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
