Door Mirror Trim Ring mounts inside the Mazda door shell and takes the wear that repeated use puts on the door. Genuine Mazda part number dgh96911ya02.
The mechanism wears before the panel does, so a door that drops, sticks or will not latch usually needs this part rather than a new shell. Trim level affects whether the door carries a sensor, a soft-close or a keyless aerial, so confirm the original part number first.
Check the door alignment after fitting, as a worn part often masks a hinge that also needs adjustment.
Doors Door Mirror Trim Ring replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
