Door Latch Assembly is part of the door assembly on your Mazda and carries load every time the door is opened, closed or locked. Genuine Mazda part number C235-72-9L0E.
The mechanism wears before the panel does, so a door that drops, sticks or will not latch usually needs this part rather than a new shell. Front and rear doors use different part numbers even when the handle or hinge looks identical.
Access is from inside the door, so removing the trim panel is part of the job — order new panel clips if the originals are brittle.
Door Latches Door Latch Assembly replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
