Bumper Impact Bar forms the front or rear impact zone on your Volvo, absorbing low-speed contact before force reaches the reinforcement bar and frame rails. Genuine Volvo part number 31353949.
Because it is moulded from a flexible thermoplastic, this part dents and splits rather than rusting — which means most replacements are cosmetic rather than structural. Check the model year break on the listing: mid-cycle facelifts change the cover shape even when the fender and hood are unchanged.
Supplied uncoated, so it must be primed, sealed and painted before installation.
