Bumper Cover Upper Bolt is a body fitting on the Mazda that the exterior panels and trim depend on to stay located. Genuine Mazda part number 9986-50-512.
These parts are consumed rather than repaired: they break on removal, corrode, or lose their grip and let the panel they retain move. Check quantity on the listing: some fittings are sold individually and a full panel needs several.
Do not over-torque these fittings — the plastic or thin-gauge body panel strips before the fitting does.
Clips & Fasteners Bumper Cover Upper Bolt replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
