Cracks, scuffs, torn mounting tabs and crushed locating pins all show up here first, and a cracked cover cannot be repaired invisibly once the plastic has stress-whitened. Match the cover to trim level and sensor provisions — a cover for a car without park-assist has no cut-outs for the sensors and will not accept them.
