Body B-Pillar sits on the Mazda body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Mazda part number VC85-70-080.
UV exposure dulls the original finish and the mounting channel cracks, which is why a trim strip that is still attached can look sun-bleached and pitted. Length and clip spacing differ between sedan, hatch and wagon bodies even where the model name is the same.
Pre-fit the strip dry before removing the adhesive backing so the end gaps line up.
