Base(R) Mirror forms part of the exterior mirror on the Mazda and either carries the glass or houses the mirror mechanism. Genuine Mazda part number bcy2691ax.
Heated glass delaminates and the mirror motor strips its gears, so a mirror that will not adjust or will not clear usually needs this part rather than the whole assembly. A mirror with a turn-signal repeater has a different wiring connector from a plain one, even though the housing looks the same.
Test the adjustment and fold functions before refitting the door trim.
