Base(R) Handle mounts inside the Mazda door shell and takes the wear that repeated use puts on the door. Genuine Mazda part number KLBC-58-42X.
Broken returns springs, stretched cables and worn pivots show up as a handle with no resistance or a door that needs a slam. Front and rear doors use different part numbers even when the handle or hinge looks identical.
Check the door alignment after fitting, as a worn part often masks a hinge that also needs adjustment.
Door Handles Base(R) Handle replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
