Base Mirror is the Mazda door mirror part that takes the brunt of kerb strikes and car-wash brushes. Genuine Mazda part number ub506924007.
Mirror damage is almost always impact-related — a clipped pillar, a tight garage or a car wash — and the housing cracks while the mechanism survives. Mirrors are handed and often model-year specific; confirm the side and whether the car has power-fold, heating or a camera.
Glass is supplied ready to fit; take care not to touch the reflective surface when seating it.
Mirror Assemblies Base Mirror replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
