Back Door Assembly – Nissan (9001A-6RD9D)

Back Door Assembly is fitted to the Nissan door structure and is one of the parts that fails first once the door has been used for a few years. Genuine Nissan part number 9001A-6RD9D.

Water ingress past a failed seal corrodes the internal linkage, which is why the symptom appears suddenly after a wet season. Trim level affects whether the door carries a sensor, a soft-close or a keyless aerial, so confirm the original part number first.

Check the door alignment after fitting, as a worn part often masks a hinge that also needs adjustment.
