Quarter glass splits into fixed and hinged types, and the two use different seals and, on some models, different mounting hardware. If the original has a heating element or an aerial in it, that is a separate part number from plain glass. On bonded quarter glass the surrounding trim and clips should be renewed with the panel, because the originals rarely survive removal intact.
